What we are developing

EmberHalt combines property assessment, local sensing, real-time fire modeling, stored or available water, exterior sprinklers, controls, and planned seasonal maintenance. Our working prototype supports continued testing. We focus on deploying available water when it makes the most sense. The system does not guarantee structure survival or emergency attendance.

The interview tests a planning range of $35,000–$40,000 installed, plus $3,000–$3,600 annually for service. These are research ranges, not confirmed launch prices or a quote. Final scope and pricing remain to be defined. Please answer the budget question above before considering this range.
