This page describes the contact form and analytics used on the EmberHalt website. Updated October 5, 2026.
Contact inquiries
What you provide.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional property location, and message. It sends your inquiry to Ryan at ryan@emberhalt.com so EmberHalt can respond and discuss your interest.
The website code does not create a separate database of form submissions. Messages are handled through Cloudflare’s email service and our email provider. Please provide a general location initially and avoid sensitive personal details.
Website services
Analytics and verification.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, visits, and website performance. The website code does not send your form fields to the analytics script.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. The server validates the verification result before submitting an inquiry. These Cloudflare services process technical information associated with website requests under their own policies.
Our code records an email-delivery error code when a submission fails. It does not intentionally log message contents or CAPTCHA tokens. Hosting-provider request logs may include technical request metadata.

Contact us about your information.
To ask about an inquiry you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion, email ryan@emberhalt.com. Inquiry emails and related correspondence may remain in our mail systems; this site does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
This notice covers the public website. It does not describe data collection by a future installed EmberHalt system; those details will be addressed with the product and service offering.
